Conference Objectives
- The conference will provide a forum for sharing insights, experiences, expertise, and interaction on various facets of evolving technologies in the areas specified as conference topics of interest. eieCon2025.
- Bring together experts and stakeholders in electrical, computer and information engineering for an interactive discussion on energy efficiency, computing networking and communication for a smarter and sustainable future
- Provides the most relevant opportunity to bring together students, researchers, and practitioners from both academia and industry as a forum for networking, thereby promoting the establishment of collaborations to advance knowledge in energy, computing, and communications for a sustainable and intelligent future.
- To create an environment conducive to sharing innovative ideas and fostering collaborations from resourceful experts that drive positive change in engineering practices for a sustainable world.
- To Stimulate the translation of insights gained during the conference into actionable steps, thereby fostering a commitment in participants to incorporate sustainability into electrical and information engineering practices for the advancement of Africa and the global community.
- Promote avenues for disseminating ideas, discoveries, and innovations on energy efficiency and human-robot interaction for practical application in the industry.

Call for Papers
The abstract should be concise, typically containing the aim of the study, a brief statement of the method(s) used, the main results obtained/expected, and conclusions drawn. It should not exceed 300 words and should be restricted to a single paragraph. It should include 3-5 keywords.
All papers submitted to the conference are expected to have a similarity index of not more than 15%. The full paper submission template will be sent to the corresponding authors of all accepted abstracts. A book of abstracts will be produced. Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished results are solicited in all areas of theory and practice of Computing, Energy, Networking, and Telecommunications. All full papers submitted will undergo double-blind peer review processes. All the accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore conference proceedings indexed in SCOPUS and other journal outlets. The organizers of eieCon2025 and our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the conference.
As evaluated by Conference Chairs and Members, Two (2) papers will be given Best Paper Awards for eieCon2025 in the general and student categories, respectively. The above committee will expect the presentation of the selected best papers during the conference before finalizing the list. The winners will be declared during the conference.
